Event Groups are similar to multi events but are different events with a common theme. The Event Group Name is not currently displayed in Fusion Ticket but may be used in custom tpls. Add/Edit/Publish/Delete Choose 'Event Groups' from the Admin Menua and a list will display which you can:

In the last year we have been thinking about streamlining the admin usermanagment. Now you have basically 3 groups of admin-users Admin/Organizers, POS-users and Tickettakers. This article describes managing Venues. The Venue is the main location of an event, or series of events, and may contain multiple seat charts. As an example, the Bijou Theater (Venue) has two rooms (Seat Charts), one room has a main floor and a balcony (Zones), and the second is stadium seating. Seats within a room may have a different price (Category).
